The students would like to have a pot luck breakfast on Wednesday morning.  Please have your child make/bring a healthy breakfast option.  You/your child may comment in the comment section to tell what you will bring or e-mail me and I can post it for you.

Mr. Monty's Farewell

Hello Parents,

 

As you are probably already aware we will be saying goodbye and good luck to Mr.Monty this year as this is his last year as our principal. 

 

I had an idea for the Parents’ Association to honor Mr.Monty with your well wishes...But I need your help!

I would love for you to send me a few sentences or a brief paragraph of what Mr.Monty has meant to you and/or your kids here at ECPS. 

I would love to share your thoughts and memories with Mr.Monty by pulling all these tributes together for him to read in a coffee table memory book. 

If you have any pictures, heartfelt moments, funnies, well wishes, stories from your kids, a "I will miss you" sentence from your kids...whatever you would like to share please pass it along. 

Also remember you can remain anonymous. :)

An Invitation to all Parents of Grade 7 students attending LJHS this fall

You are invited to Leduc Junior High School, School Council / Parents Association meeting, Monday June 11, 2012 @ 7:00 pm in the staff lunch room (by the general office).

The LJHS Council and PTA have been very active this past year, and have several valuable projects completed. This is your chance to see how the LJHS Parents Association and School Council benefit our students. Every student’s education is enhanced by our Association we need your input. 

Refreshments and Tim Bits will be available.

Term 3 Marks!

All students got a progress report that showed their marks for Term 3 (LA, Social and Math).  Any students with missing assignments were highlighted.  Students may take the weekend to find/redo any of the recent missing assignments and hand them in on Monday.

I will send the revised progress reports home next week for students to show their parents.
